These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," "you," or "your") and m.bmw55 ("m.bmw55," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the m.bmw55 website located at mbmw55.vip, including all subdomains, mobile-optimized versions, related software, services, game content, promotions, and payment facilities (collectively, the "Services").

m.bmw55 is an online casino and sports betting platform operating under PAGCOR guidelines for the benefit of eligible Filipino players. By accessing the Platform, registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand and accept its terms, and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not access or use the m.bmw55 Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

To be eligible to register and use the m.bmw55 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of the Philippines or otherwise legally permitted to access and use online gaming services under the laws of your jurisdiction;
• You are not a current or former employee of m.bmw55, any affiliated company, or any game provider whose games are offered on the Platform, nor an immediate family member of such an employee;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or representative of, any third party;
• You do not have an existing m.bmw55 account, whether active, suspended, or closed;
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order issued by PAGCOR or any other gaming regulatory body;
• Your use of the Platform is in full compliance with applicable Philippine laws and regulations;
• You have provided accurate, true, and complete information during registration and agree to keep that information current.

m.bmw55 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant and to close any account that does not satisfy these eligibility requirements, without prior notice and without liability. Any funds in a closed account due to eligibility violations will be reviewed and handled in accordance with applicable law and PAGCOR guidelines.

To access the full features of the m.bmw55 Platform, you must create a Player Account. During registration, you are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. All information submitted must be accurate, current, and complete. m.bmw55 is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience arising from your provision of inaccurate information.

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered m.bmw55 Account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or different email addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, m.bmw55 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, cancel any pending withdrawals, and forfeit any balances, including winnings.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party. m.bmw55 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your Account that arises from your failure to secure your credentials. You must notify m.bmw55 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account.

Before any deposit or withdrawal may be processed, you are required to complete KYC verification by submitting a valid, government-issued photographic identity document. Accepted documents include the Philippine National ID (PhilSys), Philippine Passport, LTO Driver's License, COMELEC Voter's ID, SSS ID, GSIS ID, PhilHealth ID, or Pag-IBIG ID. All submitted documents must be current, undamaged, and clearly legible.

An Account is classified as dormant after a period of 12 consecutive months during which the Player has not logged in or conducted any transaction. m.bmw55 may apply a dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts as set out in the applicable fee schedule, which is available on request. Players will receive advance notice before any dormancy fee is applied.

Deposits to your m.bmw55 Account may be made using any of the supported payment methods, which include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, InstaPay, and PesoNet. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. Deposits are generally credited to your Account in real time or within the processing window specified for each payment method.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. m.bmw55 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit received from a third-party source will be returned, less any applicable transaction charges, and the Account may be subject to review.

Withdrawals are available only to Players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, to the extent that the method supports withdrawals. Where this is not possible, m.bmw55 may require additional verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified.

m.bmw55 targets the following indicative processing times for withdrawals, subject to verification status, payment provider processing, and any applicable review: GCash and Maya — under 5 minutes for fully verified accounts; bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) — within 1 to 3 business hours. These are indicative timeframes and not guaranteed service levels.

All transactions on the m.bmw55 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Where a payment provider processes in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of the transaction, and any applicable conversion fees are the responsibility of the Player.

m.bmw55 may impose transaction limits on deposits and withdrawals based on account verification status, VIP tier, payment method, or regulatory requirements. Limits applicable to your Account are displayed within the Account settings area. External limits imposed by payment providers (such as GCash's daily transaction limits) are independent of m.bmw55's limits and are the responsibility of the respective provider.

m.bmw55 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and tournament prizes. The availability, eligibility criteria, and specific terms of each promotion are published in the Promotions section of the Platform at the time the offer is active.

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or the deposit plus bonus amount, as specified per promotion) must be wagered on qualifying games before any winnings attributable to the bonus may be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, while live table games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Refer to each promotion's specific terms for the applicable contribution rates.

All bonuses are subject to the following general restrictions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Only one bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any given time;
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash;
• Bonuses cannot be used to meet the minimum wagering requirement of another bonus;
• m.bmw55 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not affect bonuses already claimed and in active use;
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, matched betting using bonus funds, or using wagering patterns that exploit bonus mechanics — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension;
• Bonuses expire on the date and time specified in the respective promotion terms. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited.

Each game available on the m.bmw55 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game's information panel. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable Game Rules before placing any wager. m.bmw55 is not responsible for any loss arising from a Player's failure to read or understand the applicable Game Rules.

All RNG (Random Number Generator) games available on the Platform use certified random number generation systems that have been independently tested and audited by recognised testing laboratories. The Return to Player (RTP) percentages published for each RNG game are accurate and verified. Live dealer games are conducted using physical game equipment (cards, wheels, dice) in real-time studio environments operated by certified providers. m.bmw55 does not control the outcome of individual game rounds in either RNG or live formats.

All bets placed on the Platform are final and binding once confirmed. m.bmw55 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been submitted. In the event of a technical failure that interrupts a game round, m.bmw55 will resolve the round in accordance with the relevant game provider's technical failure procedures, which may include voiding the round and returning the relevant wager to the Player's Account.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game's interface. m.bmw55 reserves the right to apply different bet limits to individual Players based on account status, VIP tier, or game provider requirements. Players may not use any means to circumvent applicable bet limits.

In the event of a software malfunction, human error, or technical failure that produces an incorrect game outcome or an erroneous display of winnings, m.bmw55 reserves the right to void the affected game rounds and to correct the Player's Balance accordingly. Any winnings credited as a result of a malfunction or obvious error are not valid. Players who become aware of an apparent error or malfunction are obligated to cease play and contact support immediately; continued play in knowledge of an error may be treated as prohibited conduct under Section 8.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the m.bmw55 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting another person to do so;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any point, including during registration, KYC, or support interactions;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to access the Platform, place bets, or otherwise interact with the Services;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotion;
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime using the Platform;
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or vulnerability in a game or Platform system in a manner that produces erroneous outcomes or unintended advantages;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of any Platform software;
• Accessing or attempting to access another Player's Account without authorization;
• Using the Platform in any way that violates applicable Philippine law, PAGCOR regulations, or any other applicable legal requirement;
• Making chargebacks or disputed payment claims that are not made in good faith.

m.bmw55 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, m.bmw55 may, at its sole discretion: suspend or permanently close the Account; void and forfeit any bets placed or winnings generated during the period of prohibited conduct; withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation; and refer the matter to PAGCOR, law enforcement, or other relevant authorities.

All content available on the m.bmw55 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of m.bmw55 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including Philippine copyright law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent; modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on Platform content; use any Platform content for commercial purposes; or frame or link to the Platform in any manner that is misleading or disparaging to m.bmw55.

All trade names, trademarks, and service marks displayed on the Platform are the property of their respective owners. Use of m.bmw55 trademarks without prior written consent is prohibited.

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by m.bmw55 is governed by the m.bmw55 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

In summary, m.bmw55 collects personal data including your name, contact details, date of birth, financial information, and gameplay data for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory reporting, and marketing communications (where consent is given). Data is processed in accordance with the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and PAGCOR's data handling requirements.

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to any legal retention obligations applicable to m.bmw55 as a regulated gaming operator. For any data-related queries, contact m.bmw55 at the email address set out in Section 16.

m.bmw55 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices in accordance with PAGCOR's regulatory requirements. The Platform is intended solely for entertainment purposes by eligible adult players. Gambling should never be treated as a source of income or a means of solving financial problems.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits can be reduced immediately and increased only after a mandatory cooling-off period;
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold for defined periods, after which gameplay is suspended for the remainder of the period;
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that pause your session at set intervals to display your total session duration and net result;
• Cooling-Off Period: Request a temporary suspension of your Account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours, maximum 30 days);
• Self-Exclusion: Request full self-exclusion from the Platform for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed by contacting m.bmw55 support and take effect immediately upon confirmation. Players who are self-excluded should also register with PAGCOR's exclusion program to prevent access to other licensed platforms.

m.bmw55 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, uninterrupted, or free from errors. The Platform may be subject to scheduled maintenance downtime, unscheduled outages, and interruptions beyond our reasonable control. m.bmw55 shall not be liable for any loss of access to the Platform or for any loss of game data or in-progress wagers arising from such interruptions, except where the interruption is attributable to our gross negligence.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, m.bmw55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

Where liability cannot be excluded by applicable law, m.bmw55's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited by you into your m.bmw55 Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You acknowledge that your use of the m.bmw55 Platform is at your own risk and that gambling involves the risk of losing money. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make regarding amounts wagered and for managing your gameplay within your means.

You may request closure of your m.bmw55 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining real money Balance (net of any active Bonus amounts) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

m.bmw55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or incomplete registration or KYC information;
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 8;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request;
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime;
• Expiry of required regulatory authorizations applicable to the Platform.

Where an Account is closed by m.bmw55 due to a violation of these Terms, any Balance in the Account at the time of closure may be forfeited at m.bmw55's discretion, following investigation. Where closure is for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any real money Balance will be returned as set out in Section 13.1.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact m.bmw55 support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. m.bmw55 aims to respond to all formal disputes within 5 business days of receipt. Disputes relating to game outcomes and regulatory compliance may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism, the procedures for which are available on the PAGCOR official website.

Nothing in this clause shall limit your statutory rights as a consumer under Philippine law, including rights available under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394).

m.bmw55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made to reflect changes in applicable law or PAGCOR regulations, updates to Platform features or services, changes in m.bmw55's business practices, or to correct any errors or ambiguities in the existing Terms.

Where an amendment is material, m.bmw55 will notify registered Players by email to their registered address, by in-platform notification upon next login, or by conspicuous notice on the Platform website, at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect. Where an amendment is required immediately by law or regulatory directive, it may take effect without advance notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to close your Account. The current version of these Terms is always available on this page, dated with the effective date.
